Luciana Paoluzzi grew-up at home in Rome with her parents. Luciana Paoluzzi's father is an Italian Army officer. Maria Rota Paoluzzi's mother is a former mistress with Benito Mussolini. She does not have any known siblings. She attended a local high school, and after matriculating in 1955 she studied marine engineering in the Scientific Academy of Milan - Luciana was the only female in her class. Luciana first became an actress in fashion after two years. The direction of her career was changed following, and by chance she landed her first part on screen in Three Coins in the Fountain. Brett Halsey - an actor was her first husband. They got married in 1960 and produced the film Return to the Peyton Palace. They had a son named Charles born on 13 June 1961. They divorced just a year after the birth of Charles and Luciana received custody. Luciana who was a performer and producer, was with Tony Athony between 1962 and 1970. Tony Athony was inspired by Luciana's performance on Green Slime.
