Pickler was raised in a challenging environment. Her mother left her when she was only two years old to avoid the abuse of her partner. The mother of Pickler returned to her life and took the full charge of the child. It did not work out well. When she turned 12, the court gave back Pickler to her grandparents who raised her to adulthood. Pickler was busy with raising her young children in absence of their parents. She admitted she no longer had time to learn and she began to understand how to become a housekeeper in her early years. Pickler was on the teams for cheerleading in both high school and middle school. North Stanly High School, where she graduated in 2004 it was her high school. Pickler is also a seasoned beauty queen.
